“ Alla scoperta dei sapori “ Se sei alla ricerca di un viaggio alla scoperta di vere sensazioni eno-gastronomiche, sei nel posto giusto! Il locale si trova in centro a Civitanova, vi troverete all’interno di una cantina costruita a fine 1800. L’arredamento consono al posto e la cura dei dettagli ,unito ad una playlist musicale degna di nota, vi aiuteranno ad apprezzare appieno il vostro viaggio. Dietro a tutto questo,c’è Lucia, la titolare , capace di trasmettere la passione e la professionalità del suo lavoro , lei vi accompagnerà e saprà individuare e consigliarvi al meglio nelle scelte del percorso. Personalmente ho scelto il percorso degustazione , quello più idoneo alle mie aspettative, e devo dire azzeccatissimo, come altrettanto azzeccata è l’abbinamento dei vini proposti, il tutto di molto superiore alle aspettative! Per finire, almeno nel mio percorso effettuato,sono stato stupito dallo scrigno “magico” , ma questo voglio lasciarlo scoprire a voi…..! Che dire , ringrazio Lucia e l’intero staff,per aver fatto trascorrere a me e alla mia famiglia,una fantastica serata alla scoperta dei sapori,in un ambiente rilassante,accogliente e raffinato,la vostra ospitalità è eccezionale! If there were 6 stars I'd give them more!!! Upon arrival my partner and I had our temperatures checked before entering the restaurant and had to sign a form with our details. I felt this was very professional and i commend the staff for following strict procedures as it ensures the customers safety and their own during this pandemic and made the evening all the more enjoyable. The setting is very beautiful and intimate. The menu's are available in both English and Italian and easily accessible for both mine and my partners mobiles being android and iphone. The service was impeccable and the staff are well informed and very accommodating. As i do not speak Italian fluently, the server tried hes best to explain each course in English and I know how challenging that can be so I applaud him for hes efforts. I enjoyed a bottle of Abissi the submerged spumante. Its impressive not only in how its made but the flavors paired well with the Abissi menu and I highly recommend this wine to anyone looking to try something new. Overall a very good evening and I will definitely be back for more*!
